Ambassadorial Certificate of Appreciation to Mr. Saiki

On July 28th, Ambassador Hattori awarded an ambassadorial certificate of appreciation to Mr. Ryutaro Saiki. Mr. Saiki has long dedicated his efforts to providing Japanese language education in Sudan and has contributed to deepening the mutual understanding and friendship between the people of Japan and Sudan.
